The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to take on the role of Director of Boarding (Senior). GSG is dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our students with a focus on positive academic and well-being outcomes. This role has the responsibility for strategic and day-to-day leadership of the senior boarding program for boys and girls across two Houses. Reporting to the Deputy Principal - Head of Secondary, this position resides on-site and directly manages a House.
You will work in collaboration with the Director of Boarding (Junior) in a magnificent regional location. Together, you will collaborate and drive a successful regional boarding program that offers young people the opportunity to develop life skills, social and emotional skills alongside academics in a unique and rich coeducational boarding experience.
Teachers or non-teachers are encouraged to apply and renumeration includes onsite accommodation suitable for an individual, couple or family. A variety of flexible workload options are available for this position, including teaching component (up to 0.6FTE).
