Term time only - 40 weeks.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst point contact for Secondary students, parents and staff.Coordinate and administer communication for Secondary School with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate student attendance records and follow up absentees.Assist with the administration & coordination of Secondary School activities.Reception - 1 day per week - 8.15am to 4.15pm. The Role

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
