We like to say, wide-open spaces equal wide-open futures.The RoleIn this role you have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a girls’ boarding house and support and mentor students in a holistic manner with a focus on positive academic and wellbeing outcomes.It is a unique role in that you will join a vibrant team of Boarding House leaders in a magnificent regional location. Under the leadership of Head of Boarding, Ashley Keatch, together this team of four collaborate and drive a successful regional boarding program that offers young people the opportunity to develop life skills, social and emotional skills alongside academics. Each leader resides in the accommodation attached to the Boarding House they are responsible for.A variety of flexible options are available for this position, including teaching (up to 0.4FTE) or non-teaching.
